Every two weeks review a Success Scenario - watch the prerecorded webinar, listen to the mp3 file, review the PowerPoint slides and/or read the e-book;  then review the study guide to more deeply consider how to apply what has been taught in your life.  Work on improving one specific behavior to change or habit to develop each week.
 
Focus on key needs
